Well, it just shows how much value you can get for entertainment from gaming with little money.

I got Shadow Warrior, Endless Legend, The Stanley Parable and The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition (finally gonna try to finish the damn thing now) together for less money than it took to go watch The Hobbit: Part 3 with 2 other people.

As someone who's never used Origin, is it actually as obnoxious as people say? That DA:I price is very tempting.

Origin has come a long way. Today, it works just fine (for me anyways). I used to be one of those who bitched and moaned about them, but you really have very little to be afraid of.

Nope, it's fine. It now has a bunch of options to make it as unobtrusive as possible. Hell, it only turns on when I run DA:I and turns off automatically when I exit it. Like Steam, it handles all the patching and such. All in all, I'm pretty happy with it, as far as proprietary storefront/DRM software goes. It's no worse or obtrusive than Steam at this point...

When would DA:I come on sale next? I'm tempted to get it but I have so many other games to play atm.

Only (major) irritant is that they use funny money points to buy all DLC. The exchange rate isnt bad, generally they're sold in increments where you won't have useless points left over after a purchase, but DLC never goes on sale. You get a good price for the game but DLC is still 5-10 dollars.

That aside, I bought DA:I and it's not terrible, although EAWare tends to drop the ball in the endgame so it'll be a week before I find out.
