Ragnar's little waifu looks like a sad loser's wish fulfillment and I very much doubt the FF crowd would approve of her either, if they ever dug up the old sequel to TLJ.

Whoa, where did that come from? I haven't seen a post this needlessly bitter and mean spirited in awhile. I don't know what FF stands for aside from Final Fantasy, but I'm assuming they have a beef with Ragnar or something?

Honestly though if it's puzzles you're after then in my experience you're probably never going to like this series. TLJ had a pretty damned bad case of 'developer logic' to its puzzles while both Dreamfall games, this one and the older one, aren't exactly puzzle focused.

Counterweight for balance.

Dreamfall was a poor game (gameplay) and the main protagonist is a terrible character. April was alright, but if the TS thinks Zoe would appease Anita and associates, he's mistaken.
Of course they would get their panties in a bunch over starting Dreamfall in underwear already, but there's legit criticism also. The short version: Zoe's character is a wet paper towel, while she can still somehow kick total ass in martial arts scenes.

I backed the Kickstarter but I haven't played it yet. I'm considering waiting until all of the episodes are out, like I usually do with episodic games.

I heard that Zoe's original voice actress didn't return. Is that true? She was the best part of Dreamfall (a game I really enjoyed), and that would be a bit of a crushing blow.

As a backer, I would love the game had it not been for the bugs. The world is beautiful, the voice acting is brilliant, and OMG that soundtrack. However I've experienced quite a bit of lag and I'm now stuck in Europolis because my follower got stuck in a wall.

I might wait till the next episode to finish it, or until the game has been optimized a fair bit.
