1) I was eloping with my Uncle much to the dismay of my family. Nothing will keep us apart Robert!

2) Mostly those dream cliche's like you're the only thing running in slow motion, can't unlock doors in time, climbing huge building's while being afraid of heights, the usual stuff.

3) Lucid dreaming is the only way I'm going to touch a mans naughty bits at this rate. It keeps me going.

4) Uhh, not to my knowledge unless my Uncle is planning on proposing anytime soon.

1) I once dreamt I had the magical power of turning everything I point my finger at into a pumpkin.

2) The zombie apocalypse. I'd been reading the Zombie Survival guide and in my dream I woke up in the middle of the night - it was cold, I was barely dressed, and several zombies were staggering through the garden. I had to keep as quiet as possible or they would hear me and start banging and breaking the windows.

3) Yes I have, and it is awesome and I wish I could do it on purpose.

4) No.

1)I was at one of those RP Murder Mystery parties, where everyone in's fancy dress, you have to question other guests to solve the murder & find the culprit, etc. Except in the dream instead of solving a ficticious murder, one of the guests was actually a werewolf, and the aim of the game was to figure out who it was using only the power of deduction. I found out who it was (though I couldn't remember how upon waking up), but then he turned and mauled me. And that was it.

2)Don't remember any specific nightmares.

3)No, though it sounds interesting.

4)...No.

Apparently dreams are your pure subconsciousness, what makes you, you. Which case, the only dream which I've ever had and have been able to remember vividly would make me a very weird person >_>

I was running around a medieval London. Imagine structures shaped like the architecture of Big Ben and parliament, but everywhere, on every street. In fact, it might have been Oxford, but I assumed it was London. In this dream is was snowing, and every street was covered in deep layers of snow. The city was completely empty, except for me and a couple of people of really no significance. Together we were hunting someone, an evil agent of some sort, through this ancient maze of buildings. No idea why, but we kept looking for him, like this was some kind of giant hide and seek game, for which the arena was a whole city, and there were only a few players.

Then we got in a van, drove out of London into the surrounding hills, where we finally spot the 'agent'. He is on a bicycle and tries to get away, nearly escaping by driving over a fantastically thin bridge, probably less than half a meter across, suspended over a deep chasm. Being in a dream, and I have no idea why, we followed him across the bridge in our goddamn van, only for the bridge to break. We hurtled into the darkness, and then I woke up.

And I've never had any dream like that ever again.

I've had some EXTREMELY vivid hallucinations while being incredibly dehydrated though, and I regularly had the same strange nightmare over and over again as a kid (I can't even describe it, nothing in this universe compares to it). Then I moved country and it all stopped.

So my experiences with dreams have been pretty thorough, to say the least. Never had a lucid dream though. Shame really.

1) What was the strangest dream you ever had that you can recall?

I have a lot of weird dreams, but I guess the oddest are the one's that occur in the whole alternative reality that I have in my dreams. I have dreams that are so similar to the area that I live in, but it's... off. It has extra buildings, canyons, cities, mountains, roads, etc. that don't exist in the real world, but exist in my dream world. I dream of these places in a lot of different dreams. I have this one canyon where I've died over 7 times in different dreams.

2) What was going on in the worst nightmare you remember?

It's the only nightmare that actually scared me and made me wake up mid-dream. It featured a creature that I never saw named Raven. I think Raven stood for insanity because in the dream one of my family members went insane; I fought (as in tried to regain my family member's sanity) Raven in a dream world and I lost. I had one last thought before I woke up in fear: Watch out for Raven. To this day it scares me.

3) Have you ever done lucid dreaming?

No, never.

4)Ever had a dream become reality?

Thank god no. If one of my dreams, that I remember, did become reality, things would be really messed up. I love my dreams, but I'm happy with the current reality.
Edit: I guess I would love to live in some of my dreams, but I wouldn't like the vast majority of my dreams to become reality. I would probably be dead fairly quickly. Especially if I visited that canyon I keep dying in.

Here's a couple dreams I had over the last 2 weeks.

Me and 2 of my friends, both of whom i did not recognize, were hired to break into this house and steal a whole lot of valuable stuff.
It turned out that the valuable stuff was a shit ton of magic the gathering cards.

But since we were hired by some super villain type guy we were given all these gadgets that let us run up walls and after breaking into the house it turned into an action scene like out of shoot em up with people running along walls firing guns at anything and everything.

We ended up getting the cards, I pocketed 4 boxes of the cards an apparently that made me a multimillionaire... on top of my cut of 4 more boxes of cards...

------------------

I was in this ocean city, all the buildings were all cartoony looking with bent walls, and the city was being flooded by this invading alien race that looked like the likelikes from zelda, you know the bastards that would eat your shield...
I was the only one that could stop them and I had the grapling gun thing like from just cause 2.

So I was going around the city trying to avoid the alien likelikes while trying to stop them from both flooding the city and teleporting all the residents to this other planet to be sold as slaves.

They had this base set up that looked like something the zerg would have with people lined up and being pushed into these giant mouthes that teleported them somewhere.

I had to go through the teleporters several times to the other world to rescue people... and it was a giant living room with couches and a kitchen but had these face eating bats that would steal your brain.

Getting out of the portal was as easy as shooting my grapling hook up out of the portal on the roof of the room.

As the dream went on the flooding got worse until only one building was still partially above water, I was grapling hooking around to avoid aliens, which was easy because they couldn't climb ledges more than 3 feet high...

The last thing I remember was grapling hooking to a billboard for some random brand of soda before I woke up.

--------------------

Me and a group of friends were about to eat lunch, as we sat down pink smoke came out of these 2 smokestacks, which was a warning signal that there was about to be an attack.
The earth started shaking while panicked crowds rushed for the underground bunkers and huge cloverfield like monsters started falling to earth.

After situating ourselves in one of the rooms in the bunker we acted as if everything would be fine, because this type of thing happens every so often apparently.

Then while taking a shower I noticed this two pink and blue tubes had emerged from my chest, I tugged on the blue one and it started to stretch and then got really painful.

As I was on my way to the bunkers medic all these soldiers arrived and started shooting people and burning the corpses, so I ran deeper into the bunker.

At this point anarchy had pretty much broken loose and people were trying to find weapons to defend themselves with locking themselves in rooms.

I went deeper into the supply rooms and had an epic baseball bat fight with a load of people and as that ended the soldiers caught up and set attack dogs after me, so I grabbed an assault rifle from the armory and retreated further into the bunkers water system while picking off the attack dogs and the occasional soldier...

And then the phone rang and I woke up.

------------------------

I was a business man and I had a car that could turn into a spaceship.
And I had to get to a meeting on the moon.
When I got to the moon the meeting turned into one of those top down scrolling bullet hells and my suitcase shot rockets out of it.

Yeah, I have messed up dreams sometimes, none of those were nightmareish though, and they all seemed pretty real.

1.) Don't have the time to think about it, I can think of one, but I don't want to tell it because I have already told it twice on this forum.

2.)I seem to have a lot of nightmares about hit and runs and running from the cops, don't know why. None of those dreams stand out though.

3.) If I have, I don't remember.

4.) Well, I just recently had one become halfway true. Last weekend, the night before I was suppose to go to a family get together at my grandpa's, I had a dream about it. The point of the get together was to do chores for my grandpa who is getting old enough that he can't do things like paint the ceiling of the porch and cut down tree limbs.

Well, in the dream I was at my grandpa's and one of my cousin's was there and he was standing outside, and I was on the porch. He said, "We can't get the rest of the tasks done yet because it is going to rain." Then it started raining in my dream. That is all I remember from the dream.

So the next day, I drove up to my grandpa's. I hadn't watched any news or weather forecasts. I got to my grandpa's and started working. One half of my dream was shot down, because the cousin from the dream wasn't there. But the interesting thing was that halfway through the work, when we were going to go outside and cut down tree limbs and drag them way, it started pouring down rain, and we had to wait to get the rest of the jobs done.

I guess my dream was half true. Maybe I can predict the weather for the next day in my sleep. That is a pretty lame superpower. I am the....Weather Man! Hhmmm...wait...nevermind.

1) i was hiding behind a fallen tree under fire and i was dressed as an elephant under paintball fire with the sg1 team but we were all acting like the paint would kill us like normal bullets.

2)my worst nightmere... I have two I used to be afraid of foxes when i was younger and i run from a fox trying to get over a stone wall I run but never make it the fox gets me every time,
my other worst nightmare I only get when I'm ill(don't know why)is a small green block on a string hitting a much larger green block on a string also but when they collide they swing back the same distance and constantly bounce back the same distance gives me a massive head acke.

3)Someone yelling at me and telling me their leaving but all my reactions are slowed down and everything starts to melt as that person leaves.

4) yes I got out of my bed in a daze walked down the stairs yelled for my mum because I didn't know where she'd gone then I blanked out when I talked to my mum in the morning and apparently I shouted "where's my snow globe?"

I'm a bit strange...
On #4, I think the OP meant that did a dream become reality in that, you dreamed something and then the next day or a week later, it became real, like the exact thing happened in the dream that then happens in real life.

Like, I dream that I win the lottery and then the next day or so on, I win the lottery.

Your #4 sounds like what I use to do, which is sleep walk, not dreams becoming reality. On that, one time I actually slept walked into a closet and locked myself in it.

1) Okay, this is a bit depressing for me

About a year ago, I had a dream which, although it happened in the course of one hour, lasted several months in-dream. I was going out with some white-blonde-haired actress who was performing a version of Chicago. Everything was great. It was awful, though, when I woke up and realised this loving relationship wasn't real, and this literal 'girl of my dreams' was a figment of a possibly subconciously-lonely imagination.

Last night, I had a similar dream. I had a girlfriend who was, again, white-blonde-haired, and we were walking down a dark street, hand-in-hand in the snow. It was basically THAT scene from Scott Pilgrim by the swings. Then I woke up again and realised the girl didn't exist.

It's really quite sad. Especially when there's noone around here that I'd want to go out with, so I'm basically stuck with soul-crushingly tantilising dreams of happy relationships. Can't wait to get out of this town and find new people.

2) I spilt a cup of orange juice during breakfast at a log cabin we stayed in by Lake Tahoe in the USA back in '04. I had an out-of-body experience as the cup dropped from my hands, the orange juice flinging over my shoulder, me watching myself from the perspective of that very same shoulder. It happened in slo-mo, and there was horrible screaming happening the entire time... really loudly.

3) When I was little, I could randomly declare things like "this is a dream...I CAN FLY" and it would be so. I would hover for hours. It was great.

4) Sorta. I've had those dreams where you can't use certain senses (you're paralysed, or deaf, or blind or dumb etc). One week back when I was getting up really early and driving to Cambridge and having a catnap at the office, I'd get sleep paralysis. It's a TERRIFYING experience, lemme tell you

1) I was at some concert. In a mosh pit. With an elephant. Yeah.......
2) Too many. Almost weekly I see dreams of me suffering in Hell. Not really the best dreams. I also had a sleep paralysis when I was young. I will remember that dream fovever.... I wrote it at the scary thread once.
3) Once I did see this dream, where I was in a empty place. And I really mean it was empty, no wall, no floor, just endless nothing all around. Then, whatever came into my mind, appeared infront of me. It was so much fun.
4) Hmm, Don't remember any......

1) Mash-up dreams of which I lose the entire coherence after I wake up. Think about Ducktales meets all kinds of superpowers, people dying, eating other people, cancer getting involved and sonic popping by.

Also, the 'you're walking around nude in your school'-dreams.

2) That would be my fever dreams. Two of the worst I can remember: One is with Mortal Kombat, but everything being very real. I'm not getting beat up or anything, but the fever dream is causing me pain, and it's as if in the dream, every blow dealt to any character results in more agony for me.

The second one is very vague, all I remember is lots of black and deep red. It was as if I was inside a (my?) body and everything was hurting. I remember a very vague image of an entire army of red blobs attacking each other. Like, I don't know, a body full of red blood cells causing mass self-genocide?

Also, again, the 'you're walking around nude in your school'-dreams.

3) Yeah, rarely, but it never seems to last very long.

Also, I once remember thinking I was dreaming, so I bit myself, and it hurts. So I think "Hey, I'm awake after all." And sometime later, I wake up. Disturbing. Maybe I should try that Inception trick next time. "Try to remember how you got here." Huh.

4) Yeah, twice or so, but only really boring and stupid stuff...

1. I once had a dream where I saw a naked women encased in some sort of green liquid. My logic suggested that I was in a Duke Nukem game, and that I was Duke himself. As I turn around, I notice the army of alien scum staring me down. How I did not notice them before is beyond me. SO, I grab my dual SMGs that I then realized I had and went to town. At some point in the battle, I jumped and punched an alien in the face. Not so strange, but totally awesome.

2. I once found a book, which had a list of names and dates written in it. I came to the conclusion that these were people killed and the dates they were killed on. Because I found the book, I too had to kill someone, dictated by the book. Skip ahead, I'm in a church (c'mon brain, cliche much?), and I think I already did the deed or was about to, when this person came in and started taking pictures of me. As he continued taking pictures, part of my body simply disappeared. The image of his blank face as I screamed for him to stop is really burned into my brain. No remorse, nothing. Creepy, creepy.

3. Yes, this happens all the time. You see, the people that construct the sets for my dreams are incredibly lazy, and usually use the same places as before. I will recognize them and say, "I must be dreaming!". For example, I was in a mall. Actually, I was in a glass cage in the mall, and the mall was infested with zombies. The cage was safe, and I was there with my friends. Then, someone else I know burst through the glass, forsaking both our safety and her sanity, and told us to fight them off. Something triggered in my mind to tell me it was a dream because the only thing I remember next is me blowing things up with a rocket launcher. Good stuff.

4. Not in events, but places. I've had dreams where I'd be in someplace foreign only to realize sometime later that it is modeled after someplace I have only glanced at. That's always fun.
