Drinking games anyone?

I know it sounds easy, but (for example) if I drink 2 pints in 20 minutes, I won't start feeling it until around the 45 minute mark. Likewise, if I have 6 in an hour, it's no problem.SakSak said:

Circle of Death is always fun. We tend to change the rules (as to what cards do what) almost every time though. We sometimes play Snakes and Ladders too. [Special board, every 3rd square is marked by a shot glass, and the top of snakes are too, land on a shot glass and you have to take a shot/ skull a glass, depending on what your drinking.]
Me and my mates don't do drinking games much, they aren't normally needed, and since quite often we get drunk in town, often not possible.

I once tried to play the My Immortal drinking game, but got about one sentence in and realized I would get seriously hammered if I went through with it and just drank at a slower pace.

whenever i buy a new game i play "drink when ...."
like when i got mgs i drank everytime:
i had to reload
i changed camo
a cutscene played .. 1 shot every 5 mins into the cutscene ... i kinda passed out before the game started
but i do that .. in fallout 3 it was 1 shot everytime i 1 shotted a human or super mutant and whenever i beat a quest
yahzee played it in DMC4 ... he drank everytime someone defied the laws of gravity ... i drank everytime i couldn't get my combo meter past S

3 man is brutal, I once got a back-log of 84 drinks from being 3 man and having bad luck.
Edward Scrumpy Hands is fun. Selotape a 1.5L bottle to each hand and away you go. Bottle comes off when it's empty.

I despise drinking games, or at least the ones my friends pick out. Nine times out of ten, we end up playing something with more rules than a White Wolf game that ends in arguments and whatnot.
Other times, the "drinking games" we play are just modified board games, which also turn out badly. You think Monopoly is bad? Try Drunken Monopoly. Or Drunken Life. Or Drunken Racko. Ugh!
A lot of the time, the "host" of the game sets up a bunch of bullshit house rules, and then changes said rules in the middle of the game when the desired outcome isn't obtained.
The only one I've seen work so far is Drunken Fact or Crap. Whoever wins a round picks as many people as their score (1-3) to take a shot, including themselves. Good stuff.

Yeah, I try to be creative and make games to movies. My most successful one was for the movie "Hook"

1 shot every time Peter claims he's not Peter Pan
1 shot every time Captain Hook says good/bad form
1 shot every time Smee uses the ships retractable stair carpeting
2 shots every time Peter has a romantic kiss
2 shots every time Peter announces he's a lawyer
Needless to say, this game will get the manliest dude, wasted.
Of course you can always just do the power hour: a shot of beer every minute for an hour.

Everytime you get to 15 everyone drinks and the person who says 15 makes up a new rule(can be anything, number changes, no swearing, pointing etc). Anytime someone screws up they have to drink and it starts again. Play until the rules become so confusing no one knows what is going on or munt-age.
