I'm fairly certain that no one could possibly survive The Spoiler Warning Drinking Game if they played from episode 1.

Edward 40 hands. Learned this whe n iwas in highschool. Someone duck tapes 2 40 oz'ses to your hands and you cant get them off till you drink both of them. That could easily kill you.

During a darker period in my life, I tried to match Nicholas Cage drink-for-drink while watching "Leaving Las Vegas." Insensitive as this may be to the films subject matter, I thankfully passed out before we reached a whole "art-imitates-life" moment of a probable trip to the ER. Lesson learned? Novelty drinking games related to media stop being funny when your base media is about a guy trying to drink himself to death.
Fuck fancy ones, just play sociables with a good amount of hard liquor. Straight, if possible. I'm getting sick just thinking about it...bad experiences. Or very very good ones, depending on how you look at it. Remember to include waterfall....*Goes off and pukes*
