Okay, does anyone know if there's any concrete information about DNF. I saw the latest teaser trailer but am yet to see any gameplay videos, previews or anything which could possibly be construed as solid information. Anyone know anything? Or are 3D Realms mocking us all?

i believe that they may be just mocking us all...it simply shouldn't have taken so long to make it...unless they decided to dick around and make it like....the cure for death or something.

Imo Duke Nukerm will be an average FPS at its best
Even the Graphics wont be able to scratch crysis :X

I am of the belief that 3D Realms have spent all of their time "developing" wanking over how great they are at taking the piss out of us all for so long. I was 12 when I first found out about it. I'm now 21.

I mean, Prey's been released! No-one ever thought that was gonna happen. Hell, they're even making a Prey 2 forchrissakes...

Whatever the case I doubt we will live to see DNF. Either get shot with a new copy in our hands as we will be leaving the shop... or the End of the World will come straight after the premiere.

Personaly, that specific Title lost all magic for me.

Scratch Crysis? They even announced that they wouldn't upgrade to the newest graphics engines. They're sticking with the one they last used if I can remember correctly.

Oy. I played Duke Nukem 3D when I was 8. Shortly after that I heard Duke Nukem Forever was announced. I'm 20 now. Gee.

According to some interviews I've read Duke Nukem Forever's pretty much been worked on exclusively by this ONE GUY who used to be one of the leads of 3D Realms, and he's basically had to start over every time graphics got ahead of him.

If you ask me this game's never gonna exist and I'll never know the pleasure of spraying a Pig Cop's guts all over the pavement outside an inner city strip club with a minigun that shoots rockets ever again.

Screw a magical hand that shoots bees, I want my freakin' Devastator.

The game's name describes how long it'll take to develop. Forever.

Seriously, Call of Duty 4 was in a long production period, before CoD2 was developed. Yet they waited until maybe 2 years ago to announce it. You must wait some time before announcing a game, otherwise itll take 12 fucking years. Or be delayed constantly. Spore, anyone? Least THAT game now has a solid release date.

theres no point looking for any info regarding the game. if even a minute of gameplay appeared on even the most disused and forgotten corner of the interwebz everyone would be in an uproar, metaphoric tables would be overturned in everyones stampede to reach said gameplay, even with your head buried in sand you would know.

For this reason i intend to do what i do best - sit on my arse. If i hear of anything i will check it out but until then *sits on arse*

Or you could bring up Google and look 'em up yourself SwordsMan. Let's see, if he's 14 now, would he have even been born when the last Duke Nukem was released? Answer: He would have been 2 when Duke Nukem 3D was released. Cripes I feel old now...
