Wow, MW2 gets shorter and shorter every day. First it was only eight hours long, then six, now it's whittled all the way down to three. I want to shake the hand of the man who beat MW2 in three hours on veteran.

took me 5 and a half hours on veteran, but it was by FAR the easiest CoD game on veteran.

I have to say as well; three times bigger than MW2's single-player sounds considerably not impressive. That said, maybe MW2's single player is longer than I think. I wouldn't know; I'm one of the few people who actually meant it when they said they wouldn't get MW2. I still haven't got it because Activision don't realise that everyone who cares enough about the game to pay full price for it have already done so. It's stupid.

Sorry, back on topic;
I suppose it the single-player campaign is actually big then that certainly deserves some merit considering how many FPSes nowadays focus on multi-player and just tack on single-player (small comfort to people who don't have good Internet bandwidth in their area).

Except this time the game was playable at PAX just a few weeks ago. It REALLY is being released this time.

Okay, you people really need to figure out just how long the MW2 campaign was. Is it 3, 5, 6, or 8 hours?
I haven't played the campaign, so I don't know who's over or underestimating it, and don't know how to react to the Duke Nukem side of this story...

what surprises ME is that there's no "concerned parents" trying to get this game banned yet

for GTA, these people are starting to fuck everything up more than a year before the game comes out.
