What? He reviews almost every major release that comes out. The only titles he has deliberately avoided are Halo 3: ODST and Starcraft 2.

I recognise the first screen you see. It was a boss battle against a giant robot pig (i think) in a football field stadium, and it was included in the portfolio of an ex-3D Realms employee.

Why do Gearbox make everything they touch boring? Duke Nukem is about super fast-paced shooting, cheesy one liners and carrying fun and huge mega weapons in a variety of environments. That looked brown with some grey mixed in and using boring old military weapons we've only seen in every game ever. I guess it's only a tiny part we saw but still...
That sounds like Ratchet and Clank. Have you tried that yet?

On topic, I couldn't care less about this game. (Note; I said the correct form of this expression. Couldn't, not could.) The original was, well exactly the opposite of that. Cheesy, half hearted dialogue was barely rescued by the imaginative story, (raise eyebrows here) and the absurd kind of humour you'd find in a typical episode of That Mitchell and Webb Look. This game looks almost yawn-worthy. But I won't judge yet.

Are... are you high? Go look at all of his reviews, 90% of them are popular games, IE. Bioshock 1 and 2, Gears 2, L4D2, and 1, the list goes on!

I'm going to be honest and say that I will only feel a years-long release of video game tension when DOOM 4 comes out. I... Was never really a fan.

It's because those incompetent lackeys at 3DR made it so. Also, you only get to carry 2 or 3 weapons, believe it or not.(I saw that in a video, so I might be wrong). Also courtesy of 3DR, as well as the BLEEDING PHYSICS PUZZLES. If anything, Gearbox can only make the game more Duke Nukem-y.

I'd rather have a sequel to Borderlands than Duke Nukem. From the not particularly great footage you can see it looks like a shooter, with many a shade of brown and grey to behold.
Pretty sure "Borderworlds" is in the making. Hopefully, if it comes to PC, the co-op will actually work. /halfsilentrage

Honestly... I've lost interest in poor ol' Duke. I might pick this us later down the line if Yahtzee isn't a complete psychic, but short of that... But from what little you could see it might live a bit up to the Nukem name.

Huh, guess Yahtzees gonna make a show out of this, especially after his faux review was voted best. As for the game ... meh. Duke Nukem never had much as a character besides one liners, and being built up In the gaming community like so many Captain Falcons.

Well... woohoo? I mean, has anyone really been on every bit of news about this, waiting with bated breath? If it comes out and is good, great, but I don't think anyone's going to give it a whole lots of kindness. Maybe we'll see a huge backlash from people who are having a sulk about just how long it took to come out.
