This one is simple: basically, renowned quotes that are dumb or that we associate with dumb things or bad decisions. Example:

"It's stylistically designed to be that way and you can't undo that. But we can diminish the effects of it."
"I may have gone too far in a few places."

...And I'm going to stop with the Star Wars prequel quotes there, because it's a gold mine. Bonus points (my gerbil will keep score) for correctly recalling the source of your submissions.

Well, the two dumbest things a real person can say are as follows, as they usually precede an attempt to win a Darwin Award.

'What's this do?'

or

'I got this.'

Where'd those quotes come from? I don't remember them.

Those are things the internet will never let George Lucas forget he said. I know the second is from behind-the-scenes footage of the filming of the prequels.

Eh, the first one is a legitimate question in many cases.

"Hey y'all, watch this", I feel, is more appropriate.

"It's so dense, every single image has so many things going on."

"Jar Jar is the key to all this..."

"If we can get Jar Jar working, he's the funniest character we've ever had"

I can't even think of any of my own now... Thanks George.

EDIT: Oh shit my own current status might be one:

"Emotions are very important" - Ramlethal from Guilty Gear Xrd

I mean it was a pretty good line in context, but it's still a strange one, one that brings thoughts of David Cage into my head and I do not want that hack of a writer anywhere near my head thank you.

"I believe that there is almost no such thing as a bad tactic - only bad targets". Classic end-justifies-the-means burp from Movie Bob.
That's Hydra level bullshit, Bobbo.
