Winter starts with miasma, as usual.

The bedrooms made out of sandy loam actually seem to be cheaper than rock ones.

We run out of coal, and are forces are still underequipped in the armour department.

Just when it was getting boring.

Hai guys!

I decide it is time to test our traps so I hold the military back.

The bridge traps make mincemeat of a squad of gobbo bowmen, causing them to retreat.

Just as two formations of goblin troops are about to reach the wall, Squeak goes to fill his flask.

the traps are effective, I don't think we really need any more.

In the confusion a goblin squad leader's head is severed by a huge sawblade.

God damn it.

uh, Squeak? we are kind of in a life or death situation here; now is not the time for your beauty sleep.

the army runs away, I had hoped to run them down with the whole military but the only on guy bothers to do anything.

Goblin blood runs down the river, hopefully spooking the goblins a bit more.

VOMIT!

Apparently, the dragon leather was used to make a nice quiver for one of our guards.

And a nice and expensive totem.

Dirk, I told you to draw pleasant imagery on the floor of our mausoleum, not...*ahem* unpleasant imagery; think of the children!

What is up with her and chairs?

Sure, let it rain. For old times sake.

I have the herbalists gather some extra plants.

And so ends my reign, it was a truly engaging experience, but I must pass my duties on to another.

Here is the status of the fort.
