Dwarf Fortress Succession 2010

I'm thinking about starting a new Escapist succession game of Dwarf Fortress. I'm thinking it'd be interesting to try something relatively unusual this time, like building a Dwarf Village on the surface level or something.

I'm experimenting with designs for high-rise dwarf accomodation at the moment. If anyone would be interested in playing a succession game, please leave a post and we can get something started.

They do tend to die off, I'm hoping I can get my turn going immediately and pass it on before anyone gets bored.

I've discovered that building a surface village just isn't as much fun. Designing the buildings is kind of cool, but having to build another two high-rise project buildings for each immigrant wave is not.
