Oh, but it's ok everyone, they apologized after the internet came crashing down on them, so they must truly be sorry. Plus, it was ok in the first place because it was an act of retaliation against her parents for comments made about the guy's wife. That totally justifies taunting a dying seven year old with reminders of her imminent death.

this opinion is merely for the sake of differing what could have motivated her to want to do this? seems that the news is presenting this a little onesidedly as usual, hell maby she actually have a reason to do this.

Theres nothing that I can think of that would justify the treatment the neighbors are giving. Even if the father of the girl or family in general were the worst people on earth I cannot see blatantly attacking their sick dieing daughter as revenge. Im sorry but it would have to be somthing short of having a gun to her head to even attempt to be justified in any way, sadly however it is not and these people are sick. Child Services should take their kids away before we got a full grown family of these fools in our country. I want some justice here...waiting on some 4chan mob to come around

The Constitution doesn't cover this. You'll need to look up article one to see the exact wording, but methinks that basically if what you're saying is slanderous, excessively vulgar, or purely to insult, free speech doesn't cover it. Even in the USA.

The way their saying is in their rights, putting it directly like saying I'm glad your child is dying that isn't in their rights but saying that, like the coffin is for Halloween they're allowed to do it but so is everyone else they can say what ever they want to them.
