Eidos brings back all the people from the defunct Ion Storm and Looking Glass to make Deus Ex 3 and Thief 4 respectively.

Idk why there's so much hate on Eidos Montreal. So far, all I've seen and heard about the game only point towards epic success.

Besides, Spector gave his blessing to the DX3 team. And since Ion Storm developed Thief 3 (or deadly shadows, whatever you want to call it) anyway, you'd think people would be grateful that someone else is doing it.

I don't have a problem with Eidos Montreal, I just think the best people for the job would be the original people themselves. Also, I liked Thief 3.

-BioWare announces that Mass Effect will be coming out this year, and it will be more awesome, more epic, more longer than the original. Also, they announce that all the texture pop-in and getting stuck on the little bridges on the Citadel will no longer be a problem.

-Valve announces the release date for Half Life 2:Episode 3, and gives all fans of the game a Gordon Freeman figurine.

-Infinity Ward guaranties that Modern Warfare will cause such utter awesomeness, that 50% of the world's population heads will explode. And the triumphant return of Soap MacTavish is guaranteed.

I think I might need to clarify my "Jack Thompson in a dunk tank" comment. I imagined it as a way of Jacko apologizing/mending fences with the gaming community. Nintendo would go back to releasing awesome games for the Wii and Ds, and overall being as awesome as they used to be.
There would be a new 2d Metroid in the vein of Super Metroid.
Super Mario Universe. Yes, the idea's been done very much, but it's one of those classic things that is the very structure of video games. While we're at it, Super Mario interdimensional epicness.
Half-Life 2: Episode 3 with the portal gun and Portal 2.
Elite Beat Agents 2 (for the sake of dreaming, Elite Beat SOS Brigade. It's an organization to bring excitement to the world, it could work!)
New Ace Attorney.
And some other stuff.

1. Mass Effect 2 gameplay. The press got to see it! It's so unfair that I have to wait!
2. Pokémon MMO. Who here can say that they've never wished for it?
3. Fable 2 DLC reveal. I love Molyneux, and Fable 2 had some subtleties in it that tied into the first game, which this DLC is apparently all about, as well as Fable 3.
4. Jade Empire 2, developed by BIOWARE. It'll never happen, but I can dream can't I?
5. Portal 2. Holy crap that game's going to be amazing.
6. Pikmin 3. There's apparently a big new Nintendo game in the works for this year, to be revealed at E3. My money's on Pikmin, and that will kick ass.
