To play Kinect, i would every time have to clear out most of my living room, cause is full of stuff that would stand in the way and get knocked over if i was to flap my arms around like that..

Cannot picture myself doing that every time i wanna game..

if kinect can sense whether you are putting one foot in front/behind another, and the movements of your finger, fps's may be incredibly immersive. imagine COD4, actually sweeping the gun around, with the crosshair staying central to the screen? fun times. the wii messed up a bit, by making you keep the crosshair on the screen, and turn manually

I could see a great RTS working on this
wave your hand to slap some of your troops in a specific direction? sounds good to me

Even if I intended to get an Xbox and a Kinect, from the way it looks I would be automatically be excluded from some games, as I due to a lame foot simply can't jump very well.

My apartment is not a mess at all, it is in fact very tidy since im quite the neat freak.. But i would have to move the table, couple a chairs and a sofa, and remove my lamp that is on the ceiling so i wouldn't tare it down..

I can honestly state, being a totally macho, heterosexual male in his late 20's without an OUNCE of a feminine side to him that I am eagerly awaiting the release of Kinectimals.

Also, in terms of RTS games, I definitely see some potential. I recall when Endwar came out. I'm not a big RTS gamer -- I just don't have the mind for them -- but the voice-issued command system intrigued me, and when I played the game using nothing but voice commands, I had tons of fun.

Now I imagine standing in front of my TV, not only issuing voice commands, but also using my hands to select groups of units and directing where on the battlefield I want them to go.
