The OP said(typed) the thing I didn't want to hear(read).
Microsoft and Sony will now try to perfect the Wii's main selling point. :(
You mean casual games for housewives and oldies?
Well, you could say that Sony and Microsoft want some of those casual gamers on their systems as well, but what I meant to say was:

Nintendo: Our graphics may not be good, but WE have motion sensors! Beat that!
Sony: Well, so do we.
Microsoft: And we've got better graphics!:D

The wii had motion thingies, and the PS3 and XBOX had graphics.
Now, they both have both.
I was kinda kidding (I know you were talking about motion controls), but then again... Wii has only primitive camera controls or the Wii Mote, which controls only with your hand.

Sony and Microsoft have full body motion sensitivity.
In the end, it won't really matter.
It just means Sony and Microsoft will be getting more casual gamers on their side.

Maybe it'll even turn out to be a good thing!
Nintendo might see Sony and Microsoft making hradcore games AND casual games, and decide to do the same. And more hardcore games is always better.
Nintendo have never made 'hardcore' games, they have made critically good games.
I meant hardcore in the sense of non-casual.

I understand, but you should say non casual if you meant it. Nowadays people like to think that anything that isn't Wii sports is a hardcore game, but that's far from the truth. A core game perhaps, but not hardcore. Hardcore is reserved for the Devil May Cry's, the MDKs, the Counter Strike's and so on.
