I just got a call from my retailer. I ordered my CE months ago, but they never came. EA fucked up and forgot to ship a whole bunch of them here. He also called his colleagues, all of them had the same issues. The suppliers barely got any copies. Too little for the consoles and close to ZERO for the PC (which is what I ordered).
Stores are now calling their customers, sites have been forced to cancel almost all of their pre-orders, some websites have even removed the ME3 CE as a whole.
The Mass Effect facebook page literally replied to my complaint with this: "They shouldn't have guaranteed you a copy then. We would definitely talk to them about this. Have you looked online elsewhere?"
Yeah, sure, let me just order a Collector's Edition on the internet TWO DAYS before the game hits the shelves.
