they said they have been trying to contact you but havent heard any response back..and they are not in the CS division so any contacts with EA CS wouldnt get a hold of them.

Canuck: you interacted with me me on battlelog forums some time ago. I have no reason to have any form of contact with you after viewing your condescending posts at that time.

You're also kinda late, and misinformed. I am corresponding with EA and have been for some time before your current post, and working towards a resolution for other people who were victimized equally/worse than I was.

Hey cullina/lext: you can prove that you're not actually an EA plant / marketing shill by contacting me privately. Everyone can find my email in about two seconds, if that long. I want you to email me with your real name and a number where I can reach you. I promise you as both a gentleman and as someone who's conduct is being viewed by tens of thousands of people that I will not post it publicly.

Failure for you to do this will be considered proof that you work for EA or a third party firm that is doing damage control for EA. :)

Amusing, and unfortunately, oddly reminiscent of my experience with their customer support nearly 8 years ago.

If anyone reading this topic wasn't dubious about EA before, at least now you should have an incentive to do your research on them if nothing else.

You can't say you haven't been warned.

lol @ EA sockpuppets.

It seems their attempts at damage limitation went about as well as can be expected from EA.

Instead of "clearing up" the causes surrounding the ban, they've gone on to imply that customer service is willing to give out someone else's account status information to a complete stranger.

You should probably sue them, because you are in the right and they are in the wrong, worst case scenario you get a settlement fee. Best case if for breach of their own tos there charged for fraud.

Keeping up with this EA's positions on this situation over the last few weeks is like reading a Fukushima reactor meltdown thread...except, I'm near the middle of the blast radius.

And, they're denying there even was an earthquake or tsunami. And if there were, well...it's just good seismology practice to do so. And those tremors are a localized phenomonon, not the fault of a company wide policy.

Then, they admit they were wrong about those, but keep the nuke plant damage secret, as it's an ongoing investigation.

I found out i actually already had an origin account, my bioware social account having been converted...that sucks :\

That being said, customer/tech support was always horrible at EA (they told me ME2 wouldn't work with win7 64-bits, what's this nonsense? the problem was something else entirely, besides telling me to reinstall the game and my drivers they were no help whatsoever)

I agree Cullina seems a lot like an EA employee trying (badly) to damage-control, why in the world would EA disclose account details to mr. nowhere ? That'd be a huge breach of privacy.

I'm willing to bet they'd love to reinstate your account if you'd "shut up" though i hope you won't, for one user with a big mouth (no offense ;)) getting screwed i'm guessing there's 10 that just takes it...

Although at that point i'm not sure what i'd consider a "fair resolution"

I found out when i asked for a password reminder e-mail for my ME2 DLC's, nowhere in the e-mail it says Bioware, it's from "my friends at Origin"

The SAME Zynga employee was stalking and harassing me during work hours. He would post my real name, events I was invited to and even started to harass my friends. I can't believe Zynga would allow their employees do track down people online and harass them relentlessly posting their personal information everywhere.

The stuff he dug up would have taken a lot of time so I know he wasn't doing his job.

Come to think of it, he was on a Zynga computer, Zynga company time and harassed me from their location.

I believe that makes Zynga liable for damages. I should peruse this with my lawyer.
