That swampish thingy in Painkiller, shoot a few bubbles with shurikens/shotgun and he's dead. And he's supposed to be one of Lucifer's generals? The first boss was frigging epic though, started sending tornadoes at me, bloody meteors were raining from the sky, that swamp thingy just summoned some waterhand which was easier to block then a flesh-hungry puppy. Even Alastor had a bloody epic battle running around hiding in the chapel with my combined railgun/rocketlauncher, but the swamp thingy? Bleh.

The first Torizo mini-boss in Super Metroid.
Really.
It has almost no HP, and does almost no damage.
Pretty much the only way to die is to stand still and do nothing...

How about Saren in the end of Mass Effect. You can completely avoid the first fight and comvince him to shoot himself.

I heard you can also do something like that in Fallout 3.

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The last battle with Gannondorf. You can just pull out your fishing poll and use it to distract him. Every time you cast he just stares at it.

Bob the Killer Goldfish in Earthworm Jim, anyone?
If I remember correctly he was actually quite a difficult boss in the first Earthworm Jim game.

Then the second one comes along and well...

Just ignore the Mortal Kombat music. I loved Eathworm Jim.

Lord Lucien, Fable 2.

Hold A, win.

Yeah, I think this guy gets my vote.
It's not actually a boss battle if he doesn't fight back at all, is it? Or have any opportunity to fight back at least. He just stands there like a ponce. Lucien is a quick time event.
I'd have to agree. The final boss in Fable 2 to me was the battle with the super spire. I pretty much consider the confrontation with Lucien to be part of the ending.

Any boss in Mario Galaxies, I mean come on most of them are the same fight over and over.
Yeah these guys definitely spring to mind. At least they look incredible.

Painkiller has always had the best bosses in my mind.

The thing at the end of Resident Evil 4. I didn't die once and it was so easy. I was disappointed because all the other bosses were PAINS and just aggravating. The end boss was the only one I didn't die on.

Yes, as has been said the Lambent Brumak at the end of Gears of War 2 was undoubtably the easiest boss ever. It consisted of pulling and holding the right trigger. That's it. I really don't see how Epic could screw that up so badly, I thought it was a joke at first. And the final boss of a game as big as GoW2! Ridiculous.
That wasn't technically a boss. Skorge was a boss because he actually fought you. I remember hearing in an interview that the end of the game was made to be easy and basically to relieve stress. Also, GoW2 didn't really have many bosses to begin with.

Lady in Devil May Cry 3
Single easiest boss battle in any game ever

Also, Vamp in MGS4 once you realise the nano-injection trick
But the fact that you have to discover it makes it harder. I think I "killed" him about 15 times (I shot him 15 times in the head) before I remember that he has nanomachines.
I had never had any damn use for the syringe, how was I supposed to know that would work?
Nanomachines. It's the answer to everything in MGS 4.
