Pretty much all Bethesda RPGs (even the RPGs that are hardly RPGs). Despite my hefty list of criticisms of them, I do still enjoy the world of TES enough that even Oblivion and Skyrim, despite being mechanically shallow, are a nice, casual game to play. Although, a lot of that probably comes down to the fact that I played both of those games back when I used to smoke a lot of w totally and completely legal cigarettes that aren't against the rules to mention here.

So under those circumstances it's nice to have a game that operates on the same mental level as someone who has hypothetically been at the bong.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger. It does some great thing with the narrative, but no one could accuse it of being difficult.

I play a lot of strategy games on easy mode, a challenge level to what most serious players would laugh at-
EU4, Civ V, Total War, I keep the difficulty low, and still get stressed out over having to actually think about my choices.

So I comeback from another tired day at work, and get ready to play Dark Souls 3. But then, as I was about to boot up DS3, another game caught my eyes. I said, "Alright, guess i'll play this to sooth down a bit" Next thing i know, I am 1 1/2 hours in admiring the gorgeous visuals and calming music

Stardew Valley
Do I even need an explanation for this?

XCOM series
98% chance of hitting and still misses. That makes me laugh and forget about all the worries of the world

Let's see, there's Super Meat Boy, Hotline Miami, Dark Souls, Nethack. Sometimes when I really just want to chill out I'll just play I Wanna Be The Guy and relax.

Visual Novels, you can't really lose cause even dead ends are more sides to the story and part of seeing everything.

Pokemon ingame, as someone who has compatitive poke experience, all the AI trainers lack all semblance of challenge whichs allows the player to use inefficient fun playstyles and straregies which are fun.

FarCry 3 and Star Wars: Battlefront 2. Sometimes, I just enjoy taking people out quietly or taking up all the bases and forcing the other team through a slaughtering corridor.

Oh. Spiderman 2 just to screw around in New York rather than doing anything heroic.

Stardew Valley is a gold medal winner for me, followed by Pokemon, Warframe and Mirror's edge
although lately I've found myself doing a bunch of fishing in WoW to break the monotony of questing and I'm actually finding it kind of relaxing in it's own way

Almost every game. Not to be "Oh I'm so pro", but almost every game I play poses nearly no challenge to me, and any mode that might pose a challenge [The very highest hardest difficulties] do so through non-fun "Bullshit difficulty", that doesn't make the game harder, it just means you spend longer playing it.
There are a few games that are genuinely difficult and I enjoy playing them on the hardest difficulties I can beat, but most games these days have rather poor difficulty management. They're easy as sin normally, and just grindy on hard without being any harder.

I've always said the Prototype series is the best to play only with a Trainer. Instant power trip.

I like to run through old FPS games on easy. Blam, blam, reload, jump, blam blam boom. The target acquiring keeps my brain just busy enough to put myself into autopilot.

I'm playing through Saints Row IV again, and even on the highest diff you're completely overpowered, so it's just a matter of making Matrix-Steelport your anarchic grin inducing playground.

Not sure if Elite Dangerous counts, as it's a game that can be enjoyed with zero challenge for the most part, but can randomly morph into something causing sudden and horrific panic... Unless you're way out into the empty black, there's always a chance you could be ambushed/interdicted by a ship that completely outclasses your own.

Fable II would be a perfect example of something with absolutely no challenge and a focus on laid back fun, but I've not played that for years and its future is in doubt.
