79. League of Legends - absolutely, no one can argue the impact of this one. This is probably ranked low here
78. Super Meat Boy - this is ok, i dunno if it fits an all time list. but it's hard to dispute this one.
77. Xenoblade Chronicles - no, cult classic maybe, but not an all time game.
76. OutRun 2006: Coast to Coast - never heard of it
75. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Like LoL, it's hard to deny the influence this game had.
74. Civilization IV - yep
73. Battlefield 4 - nope, can't put Modern Warfare here, then put the all around weaker version of MW higher up on the list.
72. Metroid Prime - I'm not a Metroid fan, was this one the one everyone loved or should this be Super Metroid?
71. Hearthstone - no absolutely not. Poor game balance and knock off mechanics don't make this suited for the top 100
70. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night - sure.
69. Limbo - naw hippy.
68. Towerfall Ascension - again another fun, but rather one-note indie game. Good game, but not top 100 all time good.
67. EarthBound - cult classic, but not a good game really.
66. Batman: Arkham Knight - eh? ok, it did inovate 3rd person combat sort of.
65. Transistor - Bastion i could see. Transistor was universally no where near as liked.
64. Puyo Puyo - WTF is this?
63. FTL: Advanced Edition - again, good but not top 100 good.

59. The Stanley Parable - no! Great commentary, but not a great game.

57. Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate - any on the monster hunters probably belong on here somewhere so this is as good as any.

55. Far Cry 4 - NO! First off, 3 was all around better because it, like CoD:MW, started the whole line of the last four Far Crys.
54. Titanfall 2 - NO! Good game not top 100 good, and certainly not this high.

45. Dota 2 - No! LoL spun off of OG dota and made it it's on thing in a way with its own personality. This just copied the 1st.

34. Kerbal Space Program - NO! Not a game, not even a good sim. Fun though it might be.
33. Dishonored - No. First person stealth games have yet to do it right and this is no exception.

30. Rock Band 3 - I love Rock Band....but this doesn't belong here
29. The Last Guardian - Really? Over Shadow of the Colossus? GTFO.

1. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - EAT A BAG OF WILD DICKS! Hell no! Fucking five? Six, Zelda's? A few Marios? A Shit ton of Indies? But only 1 Final Fantasy game? WTF even? Indies, Shooters, Marios, and Zeldas. That's what this list is. Where are the games that made the hall of fame? Where is Everquest or World of Warcraft?

Alright I get the subjective nature of a list like this. I get it. But this is the kind of list someone who doesn't know shit about video games would make. Like they googled "acclaimed Video games" and just made the list form that shit. What really smokes my dingle, is BotW sitting as the greatest game ever made. Jump off a damn cliff, hell no. That game is a 7/10 at best.

Seriously, no Final Fantasy 7, no Xenogears? Yet Xenoblade chronicle and FF12 is there? Bah I can't even.

a) dont give a crap and just wrote down 100 games they think are good and then assigned nominal values to them
b) are being intentionally click baity
c) are very young and/or have not played many games until recently or

Either the creators have short/selective memory, they are way too wowed by shinny graphics, or they are too young to have played any classics outside console games. Either way, they seem ultimately unprepared to define something as best "of all time".

Counting for games I've actually played, this list is pretty similar to what mine would be. The top 10 is almost identical to mine, except I hated Half-Life 2 and never played GTA 5

Also I've played about half(?) of Breath of the Wild and it definitely takes my top game of all time spot, narrowly beating out the first Dark Souls. It's just that damn good, it took a genre that Ubisoft ran into the ground and made it fly again. It's a master class on how to make an open world game. You have a clear goal that makes everything you do relevant. The world looks amazing, is huge, and the two fastest modes of travel (horses and hang gliding) feel fast and are actually fun. You don't have a map cluttered with objectives, you climb towers solely to get topographic information and then you look out into the world to mark where you want to go
