I'd say you are mistaken. My problem with SSB is exactly the characters (well, that and playing on the Wii). I don't care about Pokemon or Zelda, but I do like the likes of Cole or Parapa. It depends on who the game is marketed at, and since it's a Playstation game with Playstation characters, I think it will do quite well.BiH-Kira said:Putting my SSB fanboyism completely aside, I can't see this game being a success if it doesn't change the formula completely. I don't think Sony has enough character to pull a SSB style.
It just doesn't feel right with the character.
Sony's SSB would only work if it was something like Tekken, Mortal Kombat, or a 3D one like the DragonBall series. I just don't see the SSB charm working with most Sony character.
So you're really not seeing the super smash bros style fitting Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the dragon, Rachet and Clank, Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, Rayman, and Sackboy (and a number of their associated support or antagonist characters).BiH-Kira said:Putting my SSB fanboyism completely aside, I can't see this game being a success if it doesn't change the formula completely. I believe it's Croc, provided you are refering to the character from the PS1 game Croc: Legend of the GobbosQuiet Stranger said:Has anyone said Cortez yet?
Also Croc or is that Kroc?
