i also highly dislike it when parent's and with there kids and there in a museum. then you see a big sign that say's 'DO NOT TOUCH THIS BOAT'
[Kid touches boat Alarm goes off. Kid runs up to his mum]
then the mum says stuff like 'oh its not your fault, the Alarm is faulty [lie]. don't worry its not your fault.'
it annoys me so much, you gotta let your son know that he did something wrong and he has to receive a punishment for doing the wrong thing.
Don't punish the child. Punish the parent for letting the child do something the child had no clue they weren't allowed to do. But yes I agree, the parent needs to "teach" their child on rights and wrongs, not just leave it up to someone else to do.
Parents need to take more responsibility for their offspring.
And this reminds me of something similar. The First Lady Obama is fighting for healthier lunches in schools. And she has been getting a LOT of flak for it from people saying government shouldn't be getting involved in a parent's responsibility.
BUT, if parents were doing their job to begin with, this wouldn't be an issue at all. I am far from being political, but to me everyone up on their soapboxes against this just seem like uncaring, anti-Obama hypocrites.
