:no mercantile or speechcraft skills,replaced by somthing usefull like mining or building
:dark brotherhood questline and other factions,and once you actually reach the highest rank being able to use for somthing other than a small gold boost
:a hardcore mode much like fallout:NV sleep,drink,eat ect sex maybe a requirment too?

thats the most important things in my opinion. So what does everyone else have on their wishlist for the next elder scrolls?

How about combat that actually works?
I played Dark Messiah just before oblivion, and hoped that Oblivion's battle system would be just as fun and dynamic as DM if not more so.
Boy was I severely let down.
So repetitive, so boring, required no skill, just button mashing and the spell customzation system much to be desired...

Nothing of what you said. Seriously. Your post sounds like the utter death of Elder Scrolls.

Alternate creatures that dont exist in this world, reminiscent of kagouti and nix as opposed to wolves and bears.
no level scaling
city to city ast travel like morrowind.
Varied scenery, not just tellytubby meddow
Less pretty armour, like bonemold and chitin
Tribes (like houses in morrowind)
A massive underground to make up for a smaller surface.

1. No level scaling. Why even have a leveling system if all the enemies scale with you? It's pointless.
2. Hand crafted dungeons/caves etc...
3. Make what I do actually matter.
4. Make quick travel and the quest arrow optional.
5. No more psychic guards please.
6. Make lots and lots of cool stuff.

Well since it has high ass mountains maybe parachutes i mean what if you need to jump off and land in saftey?

The pistol is a newbie gun it only works till your level 15 otherwise it sucks or u upgrade it then it takes 2 shots

No, they aren't. I want an Elder Scrolls game, not some jerk-off gorefest with elves in it. I don't even use mods that change the games feel, because I adore the atmosphere and texture that Bethesda came up with.

-actual bosses that feel like bosses not just slightly tougher enemies for example a fight in a sewer with a dragon were you have to use your skills to avoid the dragons attacks like climbing to high places and jumping around or swimming through the sewer water, this would be hard to do but adding about 10 or so of these more fun boss fights would add to the experience a hellll of a lot.
