I have been wondering for a while where will this story take place? I thought it might take place in the summerset isles due to the rumor of deadric worship becoming more prevelent. I, personally, would like to see it take place in Valenwood, it would make for a very hard game though. No city, no use of veggies, and no use of wood, and its a very dense forest, so it could be like a maze through most of the game. I find this all kinda of fun though, it seems like it would give you this survivor feel rather than just the usual hack n' slash of Oblivion.

I heard they recently copyrighted the name Skyrim, so that may be a clue.
And I've said it once, and I'll say it again, I'd like to see a return to Morrowind, this time with the full province.

Somewhere that would have various settings and different worlds to explore, unlike Oblivion where you could explore the same grassy field with wolves in it north to south of the game map, or get the shimmering island expansion and explore a different map where the wolves are replaced with mutant frogs.
Maybe a map that would expand far enough to have various cultures, like one with a Japanese influence and another with an Argonian influence, and ext till you got your own countries for each race and society in the Elder Scroll universe. Variety would definitely liven up the Elder Scroll experience for me, as even though I was a huge fan of Oblivion, after a solid year of playing it I realized I spent all my time doing the same bloody thing over and over again, only the mods kept it interesting.

Ahhh... cant remember the names of the provinces. Been ages since i played Oblivion. *Goes to find map* Ahh crud lost it. Maybe the orcish place... hang on, you say; isnt that tiny? Well no, -isnt the whole Elder scrolls game based on a continent. Even that little patch of orcish land in the mountains could be the size of england.
Also, yh, Valenwood might be cool. My third choice wud be skyrim. Something about mountains and sweeping snowy vistas connects with me. Hate livin in england, it has pathetic mountains...

I'm going to guess that it will probably be in some nondescript section of countryside with lots of little towns and caves about (and a volcano).
