I remember finding a video on YouTube with a slideshow of pics of pandas set to the song "Mad World". Sooo much more emotional than the original video and the Gears trailer. I laughed, I cried, and I learned a lot about myself. And now I can't look at pandas without feeling all the emotions.

Best cover song ever, in my opinion. I'd listened to the NIN version for a long time before this but the first time I heard Cash's version many a manly tear was shed. (I'm sorry to be the 1,576,049th person to quote you, but I'm sure I won't be the last)

Also;

I know the last one is a trailer, but I get many feels when watching it nonetheless. If only the game were anywhere near as good.

Was it this, by any chance?

The second, being an attempted suicide survivor, this video was a kick in the gut for me (especially since I chose to kill myself with a bottle of Tylenol 3 with Codeine, similar to in the video), "Coming Down" is just an amazing video.
Make it Stop (September's Children) by Rise Against touches on a similar subject.

Honestly, I love the song but I struggle to listen to sometimes it because it chokes me up and gets me a bit emotional (this rarely happens to me from songs). Probably because of how I was treated when I was younger and felt like giving up, it gave me a connection to the people in the video. Also, I feel the video really helps push the issue raised in the song. By itself the song has it's message but together with the video it really hammers it home.
This is actually the song I was planning to post. This is one of the most emotional songs I know even without the music video. I was lucky enough to catch them live last year and the mood in the audience and how we were all singing along with the intro part really stirs up my emotions. The video isn't needed to get out the emotions, but it certainly nails it.

I was bullied, but not for the same reason so I sympathize with the people in this song and I understand their pain to some degree.

I wouldn't say that is entirely accurate.

The One video gets me every time:

Also, Africa, White Wedding pt 1, Once In a Lifetime, and You Can Call Me Al, but for completely different reasons:
Sorry, couldn't find the video. Here is just the song, instead.

This isn't an official video, but it's well-made, and has some pretty powerful scenes in it, especially since the lyrics come from talking to actual Holocaust survivors.

Alright, you can say what you want about Nickelback (I wouldn't say I'm a fan myself), but this video has stuck with me more than any other. And the song isn't half bad either.

Spoiler'd to reduce likelihood of someone's computer exploding from the amount of videos on this page.

Here's my contribution. If this doesn't move you, I'm afraid you have no soul.

I was just about to post Storm Corrosion's Drag Ropes, but I think you've beaten me. Keep up your great taste of music.

Again, it's Hurt with Johnny Cash. However, it's a different video. This one was made in late 2005 by the WWE when Eddie Guerrero suddenly passed away on the very same day he was scheduled to win the World Heavyweight Championship. The video gets me every time.

This was the cool thing about the gorilaz their music video led onto each other and this one (note: to get context for this video you probably should watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pw8PpYBiDsc) anyway back to the actual video this one
This video is just really sad and in turn leads onto this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nhPaWIeULKk which then lead onto the other sad one

This video right here:

I'm not a Christian, but I do appreciate the message and the video really adds to the song.

There's moping around and there's trying to do something about it. By most accounts, most of those people didn't want to be found.

Because. Literally an acting masterpiece.
