End game bosses from hell

The Silent One. Good god The Silent One. He kicked my ass hard so many times it stopped being funny. I'm sure there are more, but The Silent One was the first person that came to mind when I thought "Evil bastards of last bosses".

Diablo II L.O.D ubers. Sure, you could build a character specifically for them, but that takes away the fun.
