I didn't like the end of Red Dead Redemption

I could've killed every single one of those bastards

I hated the end of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT

Goku is such a selfish prick, damnit.

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. After the Wind Waker scene of Ganondorf turning to stone and Hyrule being flooded forever and the King sacrificing himself to save the children, Twilight Princess seemed weak. It was basically Ganondorf taking a sword through the chest and then dying standing up, and then Midna turning back to normal. It just didn't seem as dramatic.

The ending of the Kenshin anime really it should have ended after Shisho Makato was defeated. The show afterwards attempts at big bads afterward was pretty lame hell they even had ken fight a European knight for god sakes.

Hrmm... pretty sure this would fall into this category, but the ending of Stephen King's The Dark Tower series. There's a disclaimer before the last chapter telling you to not read it, because it'll only ruin it. It's my favourite series of books ever, and I still haven't read the end.
Actually, there's three endings, apparently so you can pick the one you like.

I liked the ending, I just was really annoyed with the Crimson king confrontation.

the first of the survivor books by james phelan where it turns out that only one of the characters made it alive from the train crash and they have been him doing what he couldn't do, it was an incredibly clever ending that fit really well i was just so angry cus i really liked the other characters, i did wonder why they had no speech marks

Did gamers became stupidly predicible, and started expecting stupidly predictible endigs as well?

Arkham City had a bad ending? Really? FUCKING REALLY?

The Joker died, the Joker FUCKING DIED. Where any other comic-book videogame play it safe and choose to restore the status quo, Rocksteady had some fucking balls and KILLED THE FUCKING JOKER.

Wanna talk about bad endings? Indigo Prophecy.

Game - Rise of the Kasai.
For one, the entire premise doesn't make sense. Why would Kuzo have to go through these memories anyway? He was there when Rau died, and it's explicitly stated that he goes through these things without his memories so he doesn't change anything. This is counterintuitive when the entire game is meant to be Kuzo and the Oracle trying to undo Rau's death.

That's just the story as a whole. The ending is dumber. If you're playing the penultimate level as Rau, you are probably going to lose, as you have no control over anything. Play as Tati, and a promt comes up that asks "Will you betray Rau?". That's it. The entire game up to then was pointless.

If you take away the dumb premise and make the bad ending impossible, it would be great.

The game itself is great though, as was The Mark of Kri.

Anime - S-CRY-ed

I just don't have the words for it. I've sat here for about five minutes trying, but I just can't. The final episode as a whole was good. The end was just...

Also, the entire series was implied to be All Just A Dream, but that's less the ending than a running theme of the whole thing. If Kanami was seeing real events, I refuse to believe she wouldn't recognize Kazuma as being "the man in my dream".

While the ending to Cowboy Bebop was pretty exciting, it didn't offer much closure for any characters other than spike, though I suppose he was the one with the past that actually needed resolved. Anyway, great show.

Toradora. Although it was kinda sorta heartwarming, having Taiga just effing leave for a year was not cool. Also, I'll mention Banner of the Stars III, if only because it was a really...well...noncommittal ending to a fantastic story, that by all rights should still be going on damnit!

Big one for me: Indigo Prophecy. The plot was epic and reached an awesome peak when that acheologist revealed to you that it was some ancient Myan ritual but then the ending got a total case of the "whatever, fuck you" by throwing in aliens and ROBOTS FROM THE FUTURE.

Seriously, what the fuck?

I'm sure there are other pieces of media that have fallen apart at the end, but for some reason (possibly because I was enjoying it so much up to that point) this game sticks out as one of the worst offenses.

Oh, I do have another that I only recall because it was recent. Predators. It had some real energy and a great set-up going on (sure, cliche ridden characters, but whatever, it's an action movie, cliche is expected) and then once we made it to Morpheus' hide-out it lost all steam, the lowest point being the ending which just straight up copped out (Would have been 100 times better if the solider dude had just left and gotten blown up on the space ship ending it with the woman getting tortured by the serial killer as we pan up to more prey being dropped in.)

Dragon Age: Origins. Explaining the entire ending and aftermath with text screens was an incredibly stupid way to end things.

Assassins Creed Brotherhood Ending was not good. If you have played and bet the game, you'll agree.

I would probably have to say the following Anime's had dissapointing endings:

Rozen Maiden Traumend
Black Cat
The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya

Rozen Maiden Traumend: It just had too much filler in the first half that crippled a good chunk of the plot development for the 2nd half, and the ending left quite a few plot holes that just left me unsatisfied (We still dont know certain details of who Rozen is, How was the fake doll able to initialize the Alice Games if she was a fake doll, who was the rabbit guy, why didn't Hina-Ichigo and Souseiseki get their Rozen Maiden's back?).

Black Cat: The show should of ended when Train defeated Creed, the whole Adam and Eve project made by that scientist guy just came out of nowhere and was rushed into the last 3 episodes, making it feel disjointed and out of place. Even though the action was flashy it really wasn't necessary (Especially when Creed was set up as the main antagonist of the show) plus the finishing blow was pretty anti-climatic.

The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya: While i find the show kinda hit and miss (I like Kyon as the protagonist, mixed about Haruhi and meh for the rest, Some of the arcs were entertaining to watch and the animation was nice) The last episode..was...fucking...rubbish! Half of the episode..nothing happens, literally we spend plenty of minutes staring at the club room with Nagato reading a book, with nothing interesting happening. To me it was one of the most frustratingly worst ways to end a series ever (Especially since the last 2 episodes before it were pretty good).

That's what i think -.-

The movie that finished off Full Metal Alchemist was terrible. The entire series built up to it and suddenly the antagonists were gone and we had new characters that made you want to transmute them into their base elements. It was complete trash.
