These fuckers keep shooting down the damn carry all while my avatar wannabes were waddling just behind, OUT OF FIRING RANGE!

Anything that leaps and pounces in Oblivion. Mainly those flesh things that glowed a soft purple like colour in Shivering Isles. My god did those things piss me off. Leap up kick, kick upwards, knock back, leap up again knock back kick and dead...

Hunters in RE1, original or remake, they're my bane in both, always save all the magnum ammo in the game just to use on them.

And those flying sawblades in HL2, manhacks, pretty sure one has never killed me but the noise makes me clench my teeth and furrows my brow in anger.

Bosses

The ones that you kill or nearly kill them and they come back to full health or change form and are full health again. Just hate.

I also hate the bosses that are just repeat this combo (which is never easy to do) to kill them.

Add them together and you get bosses I hate the most.

Steelheads from Resistance: Fall of man.

They have heaps of health and a gun that can shoot through walls.

Anything that swarms you, or steals your shit. Combine the two and I am not a happy camper. Vengeance will be swift and unspeakable.

Also, fuck the Lickers. That level from Resident Evil 5 can kiss my ass.

Cazadors in New Vegas. If your less than level 10, run like a *****.
One-post ninja. I don't particularly like fighting them at any level because I hate that poison sound effect (which due to a glitch plays at ear-splitting volume even if a Caz poisons something other than the player out of line-of-sight.) Makes me jump clean out of my skin.

I mean, yes, they're pansies at higher levels, especially with the 12.7mm SMG---just let 'em get in range and spray 'em with post-apocalyptic Raid (especially when combined with Entomologist and 3 levels of Bug Stomper---even the Legendary Cazador dies quick and easy), but that fucking sound effect...gah.

Oh, hi guys. Don't mind me. I'm just going to inflict massive status effects on your party. Hope you weren't planning on fighting any monsters or anything. What's that? You're trying to run? Silly billy, have some Bad Breath.

Stone Angels from Ghostbusters - the video game:
Small, quick, only defeatable by two time consuming attacks, and they pretty much outright kill you (on the highest difficulty level, that is)

Panzerkleins in the Silent Storm series: a very good Jagged Alliance-like round based tactics game set in WW2. Until it throws those PKs at you, which are basically almost invincible mechs that deal out a lot of damage. And they don't get better when you get to use them. Oh how was I glad when they said they scrapped them for the Sentinels addon, only to be dissapointed when they were in it.

I generally hate to fight pretty much every enemy that totally breaks a games fighting rythm or gameplay by being too strong or too resilient to fit in, like Big Daddies early in Bioshock, or those armored guys from Uncharted 2, or the riot guard mechs in Riddick: Escape from Butchers Bay

I also concur with pretty much every Demon's Souls enemy, even though it's more of a twisted "love to hate to fight" relationship... if you know what I mean.

Hate to admit it, but Ghouls from the Fallout series, especially in areas that aren't open. Nothing to do with difficulty either, since most of them are down within two shots.

Not really because they're difficult, but because its inevitable that no matter how badly you rape their shitty team, your rival in Pokemon will always become Champion first.

Always.

Also, the following have a place in my personal hell:
Bidoof
Yooterii
Creepers
Spiders
Uboa
Re-Deads from Wind Waker
The enemies from Silent Hill
Stalkers
Amnesia
Sephiroth from Kingdom Hearts 1+2
And the secret boss from FF9.

That is all. Good day to you sir.

Didnt have much trouble with those but I do remember having to dodge a lot to not get murdered by them.

Worst thing was the 3 Kinship

Barely any room to get in attacks without getting pummeled. SO ANNOYING!
With 3 of them there was always missles, lazers and grappling arms to avoid WHILE you were supposed to also attack them.

Just about any fighting game boss have been stupidly cheap in his/her attacks usually being near impossible to avoid. Seth is rather low on the list but yes he was also cheap.

Creepers, because they don't really creep, they just tactically fuck your shit up.

Regenerators/Iron Maidens from RE4 were both creepy and annoying.

And any boss fight on a fighting game, because you know they have the most overpowered bullshit moves ever.

I actually didn't have too much of a problem with those once I figured out I could jump on them and beat them to pieces XD
But with G/G, I just can't get a system together that works to kill them without stressing me the hell out!

There are a few enemies I absolutely despise fighting in Final Fantasy 9.

First there are the mandragoras, they have this annoying little attack called "chestnut" which either does 0 damage, or instantly kills you. They are especially annoying in groups of three.

Than there are the red dragons. DEAR GOD. The red dragons. Their twister attack causes SO much damage. They're pretty much the reason why MT. Gulug is my least favorite area in the game.
I have only found one enemy I hate in Final Fantasy 9. And those are the flying eyes from Memoria. I freaking hate roulette. Hate it with a passion.
Don't forget the Tomberrys! Especially annoying when your party refuses to flee! Creeping closer with their pointy knives...
