Engineer Class Layout For Team Fortress 2

I'd like to see a wrench that would magicly help VALVe make EPISODE 3!!!

Also on a serious note i'd like to see a gun that builds faster like a welder or something

I'd like to see wrench that builds faster and a better primary gun and maybe a EMP to take out sticky, sappers and the other teams buildings....

really I think the engi is quite balanced, thats maybe why they left him til last??
