Awesome news I can't wait to watch it later. Also to add to this LoadingReadyRun said that there are two shows to succeed ENN. This one and one that will be on the Escapist later this year. So that means ENN's style will be returning to the Escapist!

Apparently, ENN didn't get much traffic on The Escapist. Which is kinda surprising, considering it was great...

Well, it wasn't 'nuff... :/ Quoting Escapist's IT Director on why it was shut down...

It's usually the same reason for just about any show that stops running - not enough people were watching it to make it worth the time/money to create it.

By the way, those guys made the <url=http://loadingreadyrun.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=14251>announcement themselves quite a while ago.

This is surprising indeed. I thought everyone liked it. T'was certainly better than a lot of other shows on the site *Wink Wink Hint hint point*

This is awesome but why do the videos take so long to load? I have a fast internet and the escapist and utube (not to mention so other sites ) load really fast. With Penny Arcade it's taking ages. Glad to see it back though.

The video seems a bit higher quality than most of the SD videos on this site. It could be that, or less efficient codecs, or maybe the PA servers don't have the bandwidth.

Edit: Also, I can't understand how ENN got discontinued in the first place. I thought everyone liked that show.

I had not seen this show before, fool that I am. On the other hand, the ENN archives have introduced me to the phrase "douche cocoon", so I am very happy that this show is alive on Penny Arcade.

I was pretty ecstatic when I saw this on their blog yesterday. I'm also super glad to see that they're back to really dry delivery. ENN was my favorite LRR incarnation (LRRcarnation?), and I couldn't be happier to see that Checkpoint is keeping that alive and well.

The show did not deserve to die, I guess the average Escapist viewer didn't appreciate them.!

Considering the average Escapist users tends towards a self-entitled prick who believes that all shows should heed their every whim, it would be hard to find this fact surprising.
