Enslaved: Odyssey to the West - Worth $15?

I recently played the demo and was really impressed with it. I mean the combat was so-so but the presentation was great and I liked how the Monkey character and movement animations. It reminded me of Bulletstorm in a really good way. So I looked it up on Amazon and saw they were selling new copies dirt cheap. Best price was around $12 before shipping.

So is the full game worth that?

Well, I bought it on release and have played it twice so far. I thought it was worth it then, so I sure do think it is worth it now.

yes, yes it is, its a solid game. the story is well written characters looks good and act well, it looks fantastic, the combat can be a little iffy at time but it isnt game ruining, its got some real variety in level designs, some interesting, albeit easy puzzles and a surprising amount of humour, easily worth £15 (the dlc or that pigsby guy however is not worth a thing, avoid it like the plague)

definitly. excellent game, interesting story and characters, platforming is ok but fun to look at. i enjoyed it. it'll last a good 12 hours i'd say, so... go for it.

One thing to keep in mind is there is absolutely no multiplayer and very little replay value,at least in my opinion. Still the story and characters are well done, and the combat is pretty nice. Just down to whether or not you think this is worth $15.

Well, it's a good game. So there's your replay value. Plus, it has a New Game Plus (upgrades carry over). But even without that, I think anything that is good has inherent replay value.

There isn't much replay value.

But the game is a brilliant piece of art, has a heartwarming story, and is an overall really fun game. So yes, definitely worth $15.

I paid more for it and have no regrets.

I'd say it is. Bought the game for around 20$ myself and I really loved it. Some minor things could've been improved, but overall it was awesome seeing Andy Serkis monkeyingD) around.

I'll concur; well written characters, simple and rewarding gameplay; $15 is a steal; the DLC is significantly harder and completely different if you want more aftr a first run-through.

I think it is and I bought it when it first came out and I loved it. The art and the story in the game is amazing, and there is some replay value, not a lot, plus the characters are hilarious.

Since you found one for $15 then you should get it.
