My girlfriend rented it from the Blockbuster she works at and it's pretty good so far, though the controls are shitty to no end.

Gameplay is serviceable, but not great... but a good story with good characters and chemistry.

I'd also recommend the DLC, which is sort of a stealth puzzle action adventure featuring one of the supporting characters. He's a fat guy with a sniper rifle, so it's all about figuring out how to sneak through an area instead of combat.

Terrible ending.
This. I'm almost positive the game got rushed out and the developer just had to throw something in. It's one of those that's not open ended, just lazy.

But pick it up. Definitely worth that much.

Meh. I found it pretty dull to be honest. So if money is tight, keep your 15$ for something better. If not, go nuts. It's definitely not the worst game in the world.

I bought it close to its release for full price and considered it worth it. So it's absolutely worth $15 in my opinion.

The combat isn't amazing and the platforming is a bit automatic, but I found it enjoyable and the story and overall presentation was very nicely done.

I haven't played it or the demo but I'm going to say it's worth $15. $15 isn't that much considering new on release it would have cost $60 so I'd say it's worth it.

There isn't much replay value.

But the game is a brilliant piece of art, has a heartwarming story, and is an overall really fun game. So yes, definitely worth $15.
This. A million times, this. I got this for $40 new, and don't regret it at all. Combat's iffy, but everything is amazingly presented, with a wonderful atmosphere and a very gripping story. I honestly regret selling this game towards getting my new PS3, as I now want to play it again.

Game debuted at $40, actually. And try Last Rebellion on PS3. Got it for $15 brand new, and it came out in late 2010. Game was so horrible I couldn't finish the tutorial battle, and I returned it for a refund the next day.

OT: Again I say, get this game, Enslaved. You won't regret it.
