I'm going to go with my default answer of Wild Arms 4,it's concentrated disappointment.

Naughty Bear looked like a really fun little game that I could play over and over until I played it and realized it was the same thing over and over. Blegh.

Mother Fuckin' Brawl! Hyped up for this shit for almost 3 years, thinking it would improve on Melee, but instead all I got was a watered down product with a crap load of noticeable flaws.

C&C 3 Tiberium Wars which is worse than both Generals and Red Alert 2. Fucking hell! You think they would learn from old mistakes wouldn't you? Not to mention that most of the units are the same and over all felt half complete like Tiberium Sun.

Have never been disappoint of a game, I always make sure that I know enough about the game before buying so not to make mistakes.

The ending of Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. I really liked the whole game up to that point. The environments were pretty, the characters were interesting and had an arc, and the game never felt like it over-stayed its welcome. Then the ending hits and all I'm left thinking is "What the hell?! This is some bullshit!"

Fahrenheit.

It was so good at the beginning, and then they pulled the "anchent mystikal kult lulz" bullshit halfway.
Even that could have been forgiven in some ways (the start really did set it up for occult fun) but then it added all the other odd bits. The end felt like they got rushed in many ways.

I was disappointed with Fallout 3 when I started playing it, but it did grow on me once I abandoned the notion that it would be anywhere near as good as Fallout 2. Was still good just in a different way.

Going way back Creatures 2 on C64 wasn't as good as the first by a long way.

Crackdown 2.

I never bought the first, so i was good. Played the demo with friends, loved it.
Bought it...loved it for about 5 hours until i completed it, completed all the "missions", freak breaches etc.

Never played it again.

Prototype.

It looked awesome to me, but I admit I fell for all the hype. It's just a really bloody, terribly storied Spiderman game... minus the web swinging of course.

Munch's Oddysee

That game is still lodged within the depths of my colon like the big fat disappointing brick that it is.

doesn't that defeat the idea of it being in any way related to Spiderman??

OT: Final Fantasy XIII was disappointing, Prince Of Persia (the cel-shaded one) as well as Forgotten Sands.

Yeah, I guess. But I meant in the style of gameplay that it was. An open city where you went from point to point for missions, had terrible races/time trials that had little to nothing to do with the story, had a city overrun with crime/violence you have to put down single handed.

Basically Spiderman Web of Shadows vs. Prototype

I'm going to look into the future a bit and predict that Old Republic is going to one big box full o' fail. Just like Warhammer Online and the most recent Final Fantasy MMO Old Republic will be unable to live up to a sliver of the hype surrounding it.
