This Is England, when Combo lays into Milky near the end, and pretty much the rest of the film after that.
The Last Castle, Eugene Irwin (Robert Redford) gets shot at the flagpole, and you realise he had put the flag on the right way around.
Collateral, when the wolf walks in front of the taxi, not exactly an active scene, but the music makes up the atmosphere.

That alone would be badass, but then he goes and does the fight sequence which makes it even better.

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, as I just read the first page, but the best one for me was definately the charge of the Rohirrim towards Minas Tirith, with Theoden, Eowyn and Merry.

The LotR movies soundtracks is pure epicness.
