I want to be a US Agent for a company outside of the US.
How do I go about that? The company mainly exports dried seafood in a packaged state.
In essence what do I need to provide the FDA with?

You could start with the FDA themselves. Just click the "lazy" in Post #3. That'll get you started.

You could also ask the people you want to become employed by. It sounds like this is an established business, so they should have it figured out.

I mean, you didn't really give us too much info to go off of....
