Error message upon startup, anyone know how to fix?

What does this error message mean? C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Temp\212733Log.iniis lost. I have Windows 7 Professional and every time i start my computer, this pops up. It hasn't been a problem so far, and it has been happening for a while, but i would just like to fix this. Anyone have any solutions?

It's something in your temp folder so It's nothing bad. You can delete the entire contents of that folder, if you so choose, and it will just start filling up again. Although I dont know how to get rid of that error message...
