Can everyone who's coming wear something that signifies their Escapist membership. It will make it SO much easier.

Hey Sky, do you have any idea of what time everyone will be meeting?

As if it fits in with the group activities, something I'd be keen on is seeing if any 18+yr olds want to meet for a drink before. Entirely selfish motivation on my part, as it'd mean I get slightly less inhibited, while getting introduced to a smaller amount of Escapists than all those on that intimidating list of attendees at once. Other Escapists may get something out of that too.

And is root coming? He's not on the list of definite attendees. He's quite high on my list of "Escapists I'm curious about what they look like". I Probably wouldn't talk to him, as I'd say something inaccurate about a sci-fi series and get yelled at.

And we're meeting around midday on the friday, but not entirely sure where yet. :/

I guess you could try to find ones from some UK youth organisation; and then modify them for this.

Hmmm, probably a month beforehand is a good enough warning xD, the problem is finding room in the hostel, since we have loads of people going, and only 33 beds available.
