Hi guys, it's that annoying girl again to talk to y'all about Escapism UK... again.
So, voting has taken place and this year we will be invading Manchester (surprise!) for a weekend of nerdy shenanigans.
It was a very close race, with the winner taking the lead by just a single first choice vote, but this year we will be returning to Manchester on the weekend of 7th-9th July for the usual fun, frolics and gaming sessions. We move onto accommodation, which sees us returning to the Hatters Hostel.
If you want to sort out a private room at the hostel or elsewhere (or are local) then that's fine too!
In order to secure your places we will need you all to send across a deposit of ?20 by the 14th of March. The total cost for the dorm will be around ?54 per person, depending on numbers.Once we have confirmation of numbers we will provide full pricing details. Following this, the deadline for receipt of full outstanding payments will be 31st March.
Please note that once the payments have been made to the hostel, they are non-refundable unless we can find someone to take your place, as after this time the money would be coming out of our pockets.
