Okay, so I am trying to find a game I used to play when I was younger, but I can't remember what it was called and googling what i remember doesn't give me any results.

Here's what I remember:
You're a crocodile\Alligator, in a red cap and a red t-shirt
It's a sidescroller, and I think your enemies are big dogs or maybe hippos...

Maybe this isn't much to go on, but I am hoping you guys know what I'm blubbering about
