Wasn't it Qayin? I didn't follow it, but he friended around the same time, and I had to go to his profile to send him a message, and all of the "Recent Posts" were on that thread.

He was a bit on both sides I think. But on the base issue he was a "no".

We're omnivorse. It's in our make to eat anything with at least a small amount of nutricinal value. Meat included. Animals kill to eat meat, but as humans, we found a way around it by breeding our food and hacking it apart away from our prying eyes. It seems more pompus of us than barbaric.

His opening post sounded mostly neutral to me, after that I just saw him yelling at some dumb people. Unlike me, who started with "Probably, but I'm a barbarian."(paraphrased) and then did the same thing. I'm looking through the thread now and I have yet to see one person I would classify on your side. That thread was weird, I don't know how you endured it that long.
