Please Escapist... one last time, give me a good mmorpg to play, one that will make me feel happy again. I've tried Maple Story, Allods, Runes of Magic, Dungeons and Dragons online, Lord of the Rings online, Vindictus won't work (Nexon are a bunch of bastard monkeys) So either give me a good fun new mmorpg OR convince me too keep playing one of the aforementioned mmorpg's.

Go Escapist, give me your educated answers :D

EDIT: I have played Wow, I don't know if I want to keep spending money for one game. I'm still tossing it around in my head, it is a hard decision, also I don't want to become a cave ogre who only plays Wow.

EDIT 2: I WUV PVP, but a game that is totally dependent on Pvp isn't great because if it loses players in kinda sucks for anyone still interested.

I assume your not willing to give WoW a try since you haven't already, so maybe Aion? My friend plays that and he says it's good although not my kind of game.

World of Warcraft is a lot more interesting since the Cataclysm changes.

You might want to give that one a try if you haven't already. The trial, at least.

Damn, I forgot that I have played Wow. I have played Wow quite a while ago for some time, but I preferably would like to not have to pay to play. If Aion has a trial I may give that a go.

We don't like threads about mmorpgs around here
I kid, I kid, the thread is fine.

Ummm... I assume you have considered WoW? How about Age of Conan? Or maybe you can wait for The secret world [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secret_World]?

Don't want to pay to play, huh? Understandable. Subscription MMOs can be really pricey.

Isn't Champions Online going Free-to-Play soon? Might want to give that one a try when it does.

Sounds like you need a new PC mostly.

LotRO's probably the best deal out of those mentioned, but it's pretty standard fare so.. I can see where it's dulled.

Fantasy Earth Zero is pretty different. League of Legends is a also free and fun to play. Each are pvp heavy games with nothing to really explore, but they're fun for what they are.

Might as well just go ahead and get Counter Strike and play on Steam.
Hmm, I might give LOTRO a second chance, I never played it for too long, I think I got about level 6 or 7.

EVE online, Lego Universe, Global Agenda, Everquest, Warhammer Online, Lineage/Lineage II and Guild Wars. There you go!

If you dont want to keep spending money on one game, I would advise you dont play MMOs of any decency in general.

Though I would suggest you play Aion, if anything.

I'll just say WoW, but Old Republic, Guild Wars 2, Torchlight 2, and that supposed Inception MMO i have heard rumors about are coming up. Plus, im glad you won't play vindictus.

My god. Just an awful game. I'll talk about it sometime...

I think Ragnarok online have a free server.
then there is Flyff meaning "Fly for Fun"
Atlantica is apparetly free, have not tried it myself yet but the battle system looked interesting
Black Prophecy is an mmo space sim in free open beta at the moment

City of Heroes and Champions Online are good.
I have heard that Star Trek Online is good.
I have also heard DC Universe Online is good. It apparently has good PVP.

City of Heroes I would highly suggest. Fun if you feel like going it solo, even better if you get in a full team, if only for the complete and utter chaos. Cant think of any others, since you stated all of the ones that I am at least slightly familiar with. Oooh! Guild Wars! Yeah, you could also play Guild Wars. That's fun. Hell, you don't even have to be around people if you don't want to, and there's optional PvP, as far as I know. BUT. There's also the option to make an already max level, but PvP only character.
