I was always suspicious about how fourteen other people had managed to join the pen club without me noticing...

"What is certain is that your parents have a solitaire problem and you should probably talk to them about it" was probably my favorite line, lol :D My mom plays that ALL the time...well when she's not playing Peggle or Zuma.

If your serious, I kind of assumed it was French to be honest. My last name is also French though the pronunciation has been corrupted.

Following my geneology back far enough I'm descended from an Arch Duke on one side of my family, and many of my ancestors were knights, including one who commanded 30 lancers during the Crusades... one of the reasons why I've done so much reading on Knights and The Crusades over the years, and probably one of the things that kept me interested in fantasy RPGs (nerdily enough).

While it's not my last name, my uncle had the original family name and even had it painted on a recreation of the old coat of arms. That name was De Vars (Devars). De Vere sounds like it's in the same vein and might come from a similar backround.

Oh and for anyone who ever wondered why I seem to have a bone to pick with France, there is a bit behind it, but there was this little thing called the "French Revolution" which did a real job on the tree for that side of the family.

At any rate, unless she answers it's impossible to know for sure (assuming she knows) but France would be my guess.

I dont think that gamestops games are overpriced
considering i can pick up a new version of a game for like 9.99 there yet at walmart its about 29.99
walmart overprices games, no matter how good i consider it over priced

I am obviously months behind, but here I am. I have to agree with theshadowcult, I can't believe he is the only one that mentioned the Dogma reference.

I had to go back and watch it 3 times, it was subtle perfection!
