I think so, since there is no implicit thing against the black, indians, gays and the people from northeast of Brazil in this word. These are the most sensitive when it comes to hate speech here (never call anyone "paraíba" or "criolo" around here, it is the same as the n word).

In the other hand, nobody here knows that word so a explanation would be needed to make people feel offended and that cuts the offensive potential of swearing.

As for "Vile Biles"; permission granted to be used.

Real ID seems a bizarre thing anyway. While I wouldn't want to be required to sign up to a site or service like this without an option of keeping myself anonymous, I'm evidently in the minority. Looking at my friends on facebook, there are people who will post everything short of when and where they go to the bathroom. It seems people will voluntarily give their freedom away, but the second someone tries to take it...BOOM

Also, I pity those freedomless countries like Canada.
