Escapist Podcast: 097: Xbox One-Eighty

I don't have a console. However, the only one I've ever been tempted to buy is a pS3, and maybe now a PS4. I don't like exclusive titles, but PS has the ones that appeal most to my tastes. The Xbox brand un dude-bro, explosion-oriented exclusives are not my cup of tea.

Also, guys, I know it's all in good fun and whatever, but the picking on Paul did get a tad awkward to watch this time around. It wouldn't matter all that much if Paul wasn't so visibly irritated. It just gives me too much of a "bullying at school" vibe to feel comfortable. Also, you guys used to listen to each other when the others talked. What happened to that?

Bit of a nitpick. My immersion was broken a bit when we see Grey Worm fighting. The reason the Unsullied are famous as deadly soldiers is that they are trained essentially as phalanx fighters; deadly in a group rather than as individuals. Then we see Grey Worm fighting on his own with the spear and shield, exhibiting a form of fighting that goes completely contrary to how Martin describes their training in the books, and itbtook me put of the moment a bit. Did anyone else notice this?

Admit it you guys....You're still sour about that one Penny Arcade comic. Personally, I'm sick to death of people demanding/discussing apologies for events that don't effect them personally; you with Gabe & TYT with Paula Deen. Next thing we'll have Fujoshi hecklers at Pax shouting "We know Gabe's character is Bi, but when will he just come out & say it?"
