I cant stand 2 minutes of extra credits because of its didactic nature. I can happily listen to an hour of you guys prattle on though! Please keep doing these.

p.s. Im not being sarcastic (kinda sounds sarcastic doesn't it?)

And as a few before me have mentioned, a third guy wouldn't hurt. I'd love hearing Graham Stark in somthing like this.
Yeah, Graham Stark would be the best choice for a third person I think. *Thinks of every Phailhaüs episode*

Anyway, both Yahtzee and Mikey bring up good points... But I think Yahtzee has better ones; at least, he seems to think about them more.

Now, what I'd love is to listen to this while doing something else, but I really don't want to miss the video clips (however irrelevant they may be). Argh, indecision...

And out of all the companies that design mainstream consoles (Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft) isn't Nintendo the only one that develops games as well?
No doubt a different subdivision, sure, but still an interesting tidbit.

EDIT: At about 17:45 they mention they're using Skype - and as a Skype user myself, I know you actually have to pay for 3-way video calls. You can have audio conferences for free, sure, but for 3+ people in a video call you actually need to pay. So... It's unlikely there will be a third person any time soon.

EDIT2: This thing is too long! But not because it's too long, I mean because there's just too much stuff in there to comment on in one thread. It really needs to be broken into segments - released every 3 days, perhaps - so that some meaningful discussion can take place on the various topics. Because some are quite interesting, and could really do with further discussion.

I just have to laugh. I make my living off people singing Karaoke, and Yes; I have had to pull a baseball bat out more then once when someone just would not get off the stage.

It was a nice podcast,at least it didn't get boring at any time and surprisingly you can learn a thing or two out of it. :)

I'll be following it for sure. And ye,I would never imagine Yahtzee playing rugby. :p

I actually watched this, not listened. WATCHED. I'm pretty shocked, I usually can't even watch a film, and that has a reason to have images. A podcast like that. Sure, I could've listened, but the pictures made it more immersive. If I can be off willy nilly while they discuss whatever, I forget I'm listening, I'm really glad this isn't an audio file. The pictures really got me into it, I've never really liked podcasts, but even with just picture transitions, the podcast was made better. For once, I listened.
I must say however, that as far as podcasts go, even when I got up to eat, I still listened, which is an accomplishment. It kept my attention, and for a podcast, that's pretty good.

Escapist magazine make my day sometimes...

The main problem i have with 3D entertainment is that it is only 3D in one dimension. You can only look foward at it, not interact with it. Until the walls between 3D and virtual reality are broken, 3D entertainment will remail a fad.
Besides, we already have 3D films. They're called Plays.
