I'm fine with myself. I just wish I weighed 5 kg less, but I've already changed my eating habits so I'm fine. so it won't take too long.

My height. I'm 5'7 and it sucks. I'm smaller than most people and it bugs me.
I am 5'3 so at least your 4 inches taller than I am :) I was one of the shortest people at my university graduation. I would say I am the most self concious about my height as that is what people like to bring up. I don't mind being short, but I would like it if people didn't keep on making references about it.

I am also very pale. A friend of mine said if it wasn't from my hair colour and that I have freckles, and no eye problems (at least that couldn't be fixed by laser eye) she would swear that I am an albino.

I just generally look f*** ugly. I'm pretty muscular, but I just don't look like I'm supposed to.

Strangely, I don't think I'm tall enough, despite being 178cm (5'10 1/2"), but my dress sense and physique do make me seem taller or slimmer than I really am. That aside, I'm fairly trim & toned and while not particularly muscly, my musculature is very well defined, and I'm OK with that. However, it's the asymmetry of my torso that I'd like changed, since my spine is arched forward, twisted anti-clockwise (from top) and bent to the right.

Once again:

I'm around 5"4, so I'd definitely like to be taller... I'm still a teenager so I might still grow taller but I don't think it'd be by much seeing as my parents aren't particularly tall.

I'm generally pretty happy with how I look. Just started going to the gym regularly to build up some more muscle mass. I don't like my belly, its not big, but its not firm either. Also other males don't seem to like my orange hair, girls tend to though so yeah. You take the good with the bad.

my wounds and scars on my legs. A legacy from my footballing days. When I was a child I played a lot of football, not only on the field, also on the streets. If you fall there, you immediately get a scar

My one breastmuscle is bigger than the other, it looks kinda weird. Also I'm very skinny. And my brain keeps annoying me.
a bit off topic here, but wth is your avatar? I've been staring for minutes and for the life of me have no clue.
To me it looks like a mouth opening from profile view.
mouth of what? it MIGHT have teeth on the close side, but the other side looks smooth on the edge, like a manufactured object of some kind.

I've got man boobs and puffy nipples. I weigh 175 pounds, I'm 5'11", and every other part of my body is in good condition. It's just these fucking man boobs that I can't do anything about. A couple years back I took up a walking routine, and I lost 30 pounds for a while (put most of it back on through muscle and growing) and while my face, stomach and other fatty areas definitely got leaner, I can do anything about these goddamn man boobs.

I have terrible self-esteem, and most of my self-loathing stems directly from my man boobs. I refuse to do anything with my shirt off, and swimming in public is oftentimes and exercise in embarrassment and frustration. All because of these fucking man boobs.

I do have a pretty swell beard growing in though, so it's not all bad.
I think reading your post out loud and putting emphasis on the word manboobs will make you chuckle a bit. (If it helps I have manboobs too and its downright awful, especially because the rest of my body is toned except my chest...I have no idea how that happens).

My body produces a very powerful, noxious, sour odour that only I and a very small number of people can actually smell. Those people being my mother, second youngest brother, 2 teachers, a doctor could slightly smell it, and a couple customers at work who on two separate occasions adamently, albiet humourously in vain complained about my odour. Given that none of my coworkers can smell it, they thought the customers were just trouble makers.

It is similar to Trimethylaminuria but is not the same thing as I am guessing one requires a genetic disposition to smell the odour coming off me. Plus I do not smell fishy.

How about small?
That shall be my entry in to this thread.

Before I read the "physical" part of the title I thought I could narcissistically say I like everything about myself. I even like my low self esteem.

i ave very little upper body strength. i know i could just do push ups, pull ups and hit the gym to fix that, but, you know, too much effort.

Supposidly I'm overly critical of myself but that's not physical to my knowledge... I am horribly nearsighted but hopefully LASIK could correct that, I have really thick eyebrows so bad that I have to pluck or wax so it doesn't look like a unibrow.

The backs of my arms seem to break out a lot when a simple bit of decently smooth skin is all I want. That and I could stand to lose about 10-15 lbs.
