Escapists, what are you OTHER interests?

I read a lot. I write song lyrics (metal). I like watching live music but my random shifts at work mean i often have to miss out on my favourites (metal). I'm training for a pool tournament in June. I build and paint models and scenery for tabletop wargaming.

I enjoy reading a good book every now and then or else I'd usually practice billiards with my friends.

Cool I too read books sometimes,started with The Dark Tower books recantly. Havn't played billiard for a long time,but I enjoy doing so.

Billiards can either be really fun or extremely frustrating depending on your abilities and patience! How was the Dark Tower series? Any good?

Aside from movie & video game love, i also like to play drums. I'm not exactly a highly skilled drummer (definitely not up to the level of my idols-Bonham & Peart) but i love playing.

Also, for most of my life, i've loved to make figurines. It started as a way of making toys for myself as a child then, when i grew out of toys, it became a hobby.
I'd post a pic of my figurines but i'm very new to this site (and not so bright) so i don't know how to post pics yet.
I also paint & sketch. I'm a big fan of surrealism.
