The thing that makes me most curious about this is not the guy wearing a fedora, or any of that childish rubbish, but that it seems that stealing from a church is somehow worse than anywhere else, or as they put it, "outrageous". I don't see why a church's money is more significant if stolen than money out of anyone's wallet or purse.

Because money donated to a church is expected to be used towards "good works" (feeding the poor, helping the homeless, etc.) as opposed to money stolen from a person who likely isn't that bad off, so the perception is that you're harming those who have already been kicked around by life.

Hmm.. nah, I don't see it. Stealing is stealing, as far as I'm concerned. Doesn't matter who the person being robbed is, and how "not bad off" they are, it's still their property regardless.

Does ones sensation of euphoria scale linearly with the amount of fedoras one is wearing? If so, can you reach nirvana by simply wearing a tower of fedoras?

These are the questions that keep me up at night.

Yeah, I've had a team working on this for the past few weeks, and what we've come up with can be reduced to two fundamental concepts:

I believe there is an indie game called "Max Gentleman" pretty much based around the idea of trying to answer this question,.

That said I tend to wear floppy "Fisherman Hats" covered with pins, totally uncool nowadays, and you can't really tip those.
