Alright, looks like I can't put this off any longer. I think it's about time I officially dropped out of this RP.

Simply put, real life seems to have decided that my internet privileges need to be revoked for the past few weeks, and I can't see any sign of things letting up in the near future. So, as bad as I feel about just dropping out like this, it'd probably be better than just tossing a few half-assed posts around once a week.

I'd like to offer my utmost apologies; when I first asked to join, I had no idea that school and work were going to get this crazy, that my posting time would be reduced to a fraction of what I normally had to work with. But, as much as it annoys me, real life does have to come first.

I'd like to thank you all for a fun few weeks; it was always enjoyable logging on and checking out what new threat was being flung humanity's way, or reading through whatever philosophical crisis character X was going through. I'm very sorry that I wasn't able to contribute on the same level as the rest of you.

I'm sorry you couldn't be as active as the rest of us, Pappy =( it's a lot of fun RP'ing with you, and I can definitely sympathize with endless internet denial. I certainly hope that your real life shenanigans don't cause you too much trouble.

Now, I'd like to address something else here. We sorta took out Owen, due to my last post, but I decided to keep the angel around, for fun. If that's not okay, I can change it at any time. Now, on the posts where use hiei's NPC, Dr. Shelley, I've been constantly editing it.

You see, I wanted her to send a bunch of sorta super powerful, yet dangerous prototype weapons. Yet, that seemed to slightly contradict everyone else's posts and muck things up. That is currently edited out, with me only leaving the living A.T.R.G, or as Pollux has come to call it, "Oswald." Is everyone cool with that?

And finally, has anyone else been going back through there posts? I made A LOT of spelling errors, plus possible continuity errors, and I've sorta been fixing them. Just curious as to whether or not anyone else has.

Edit: Plus, part of me kinda wants a minor twist on where the angel's core is. So hear me out: There is an LCL'd being, looks kinda like a human, zipping around the ground. Except this guy has a core sticking out of him. So yeah, I figured that would explain why it was converting humans, camouflage.

I think I see where our major issue is. CJ, you thought we were all holding an A.T.R.G, the gun that channels the A.T fields and weaponizes them. Well, Addison was holding a railgun, if memory serves me right. So...yeah.

And about the whole moving-core thing...part of me kinda wanted to reference Kemuel, the first angel, in a way, with the whole concept of the core outside the main body.

Hm, yeah, that appeared to be it. The way it was referred to in Asclepion's post I was convinced it had to be SOMEWHERE on the page, and the railgun seemed the closest to it. So I just kind of rolled with it.

And the core could still move, probably. Just have it leap out of the body as you go to finish and have it zip about. It's not like we can accused of breaking any sorts of physical laws when Angels are involved.

More than cool with it, you used a minor NPC I only named because I wanted to hint at the Frankensteining I was doing to create a whole new foil (intelligent weapon), I had to slow clap at the genuine cleverness. My only regret is that it wasn't used to kill Owen off. (I love dramatic irony)

Yeah, every time I posted I would read it over and find lines that didn't work quiet right, spelling errors, repeated lines, and other inconsistencies; my favorite being when I have missed a few posts and need to add new info to make it fit. The edit button is probably my best friend after spell-check.

Also, aside from being zombified, does anyone remember anything Grim did? It seems a shame to leave his accomplishments section as "Became zombie pilot for major NPC. Bleed to death in a battle-torn wasteland, alone save the cloned-alien parasite in his spinal column"

I haven't posted in a while, and I didn't want to leave people hanging right at the end. They handled, though.

MAN! Guys, sorry have haven't posted in awhile. I've been so busy, only having time to post tiny things on the Escapist and never enough time for exposition, comic editing, etc.

But I'm back, and I kinda want to deal with something. There is this tiny event game before the Owen's/the angel's death. I left if there after conflicting details popped up. I have to fill it at some point in a way that doesn't mess with the flow of the RP, nor pisses anyone off.

Plus Asc is cataloging it, so I wanted to run a double check. If okay, then I'll go for it. If not, EPILOGUE TIME.

Now, what to do, what to do...hiei wanted his living gun idea, CJ mistakened the Rail gun for ATRG...OKAY, GOT IT!

Now, how to organize all that...

Do what you want. The story is pretty much resolved (though this is certainly not the end). Most of the loose ends have been tied. There is the matter of Rev and Fifteen, the destruction of HQ and what it contained, and the continuing fight for survival against the Angels.

Most likely, the characters and their Evas will be sent out to other countries now that West Africa has ceased to be a target. What happens then is up in the air. Do they go down fighting, or grow to adults? And when Third Impact happens, do they awaken into the new world? These stories I leave to you. But the epilogue doesn't have to be that deep, just the aftermath of the events of the game. Another may happen at some point in the future.
