Umm...I've never been aroused with a character from a game, but there are certain characters that I was like, "Dang, I wish she was a real person so I could meet her".

My top choice for this is Yukari Takeba.

She's such a sweet girl and though they made her pretty she's not slutty about it.

The other is Penelo from FF 12. Another cute girl-next-door type. I like the nice girls.

OT: Nope. Never looked 'real' enough for me to think of them as anything other than Barbie dolls, which is just creepy if you 'like' that stuff.
